Terms and conditions

These terms govern the purchase and use of full access to the AlgoPath course. They apply to consumers and businesses alike.

1. Operator

algopath.pro - Elman Huseynov

Europaring 90

Email: contact@elman.group

USt-IdNr.: DE459148722

2. What is sold

AlgoPath is an online course on data structures and algorithms: written lessons, exercises with automated tests, and a code runner that executes your solutions in your own browser.

A number of steps at the start of the course are free and need no purchase. Buying full access unlocks the exercises of every remaining step.

Access is granted once and does not expire. There is no subscription and nothing to renew or cancel.

3. Price and seller

The price shown on the pricing page is the final price. Tax is included; nothing is added at checkout.

Payment is processed by Stripe as merchant of record. Stripe is your contractual partner for the payment itself and issues the receipt; it collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT. Access to the course is provided by the operator named above.

Payment is due in full at checkout. Access is granted automatically once Stripe confirms the payment.

4. How the contract is concluded

Presenting the price on this site is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer.

You place a binding order by confirming the purchase on the checkout page and completing payment. The contract is concluded when access is granted to your account, which happens automatically after Stripe confirms payment.

The contract text is not stored in a form you can retrieve later. Keep the confirmation email and the receipt Stripe sends you.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The details, and the button to exercise it, are on the Widerrufsbelehrung page.

This right ends early if you expressly ask for the content to be made available immediately and confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. The checkout page asks for exactly that before payment, and records your answer.

6. Account and use

Access is personal. Do not share your account or the course material with others, and do not republish the lessons or exercises.

Your solutions are yours. Code you write runs in your own browser and is never executed on our servers.

Access may be withdrawn without refund if the account is shared, the material is redistributed, or the platform is attacked or abused.

7. Availability

The course is offered as it is at the time of purchase. Content is added and corrected over time; that is included in the access you bought, not billed separately.

Continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. Short interruptions for maintenance, hosting failures, or causes outside the operator’s control do not entitle you to a refund.

8. Liability

The operator is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.

For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to breaches of obligations essential to the purpose of the contract, and to the damage typically foreseeable in such a contract.

The course is educational material. No promise is made about the outcome of any interview, exam or hiring process.

9. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
